hero_zebu_wrapper: Usage Message

Usage:

OPTIONS:
    -name   nameOfZebuBox  -- also name of the vovtasker 
    -port   number         --  default 28000

EXAMPLES:
    % hero_zebu_wrapper  -config zeb1/config/zse_configuration.tcl -name zeb1 -port 28003

NOTE:
    Each wrapper should have a vovtasker with name zeb1
