CCVS
Linear current controlled voltage source
Library
Analog/Basic
Description
The linear current-controlled voltage source includes two port terminals. The right port voltage v2 is controlled by the current source defined by its name (i1 current is flowing through this source).
The Gain parameter for the CCVS source is the transResistance (ohms). The current is defined as :
The direction of positive controlling current flow is from the positive node, through the source, to the negative node of the current-controlled voltage source
There is no restriction regarding the transResistance value.
