Comments
- For truss
elements, if
the cross section variation is
computed as:
(1) Where, is the Poisson's ratio given in the material law.
- The truss is
activated only if:
(2) The current distance between truss nodes is smaller than the initial length minus Gapini.
- Gapini should be Gapini > 0. Negative Gapini. will be treated as 0. The truss will not be activated in tensile.
