r = Lankford coefficient
In HyperForm, you can either choose to use an average r value (normal anisotropy) by specifying the same value for r0, r45, and r90 or you can use different values (planar anisotropy) for the three quantities if you can obtain those directional values from tensile tests. Using planar anisotropy is recommended for getting more precise blank shapes, especially for cup-shaped parts.
