1.Select the Surfaces panel, cone partial subpanel.
2.Click on the bottom center collector and select a node from the graphics area.
3.Click on the normal vector collector and select a node from the graphics area.
4.Click on the major vector collector and select a node from the graphics area.
5.Enter the top radius value.
6.Enter the base radius value.
7.Enter the height value.
8.Enter the start angle value.
9.Enter the end angle value.
10.Enter the axis ratio value.
11.Click create.
12.To undo, immediately click reject.
