Use the File > Print Preview command to display a diagram as it will look when printed. Headers and footers, if specified, appear at the top and bottom of the pages according to the specifications established with the File > Page Setup command. Similarly, margins, if specified with File > Page Setup, are displayed in nonprinting, blue ink.
You can zoom in and out of the page using the Zoom buttons in the Print Preview toolbar.
