Model Description

Nonlinear Static Analysis with large displacement is conducted on this piston assembly, where pretension force is applied on both the sides of the piston bolts (Figure 1).

Results

Using the conversion tool, you will be able to convert this Abaqus FE model successfully and then the displacements and stress results should match with Abaqus closely (Figure 2).
