Index Fields Report

A Index Fields report is one of the configuration reports provided by Monarch Server. This report includes all existing index fields, and provides the following information about them:

• Names of index fields

• Type of each index field (that is, string, number or date)

• Limit (that is, the maximum length) for each string or number index field

To view and print an Index Fields configuration report

1. On the Navigation Tree, click System Reports and select Configuration.

2. Click the Index Fields link. The Index Fields report is displayed.

3. To print the report, click theicon at the top of the page, then click OK in the Print dialog box.
