Deleting a Report Instance

To delete a report

1. On the Navigation Tree, click Report Warehouse, then click Document Management and select Document Types.

2. On the Document Types page, do one of the following:

• Click the name of the document type you want to delete a report for.

• Select the document type by clicking anywhere on the row, and then click .

The Document Type page appears.

3. Select the Report Instances tab at the top of the page.

4. Select the report file by clicking anywhere on the row and then click:

— To remove only a working report and unique dependent objects such as index values, annotations, discussion threads, etc.

 — To remove a working report, an archived original report, and unique dependent objects such as index values, annotations, discussion threads, etc.

Note: The associated filing result records are not removed in any case.

A dialog box appears.

5. Click Delete to delete the report from the list.
