Sub Administrator

Only the following components are available to the SubAdmin user:

• Home

• Maintenance Tasks: Delete, Purge, Re-Index, Pre-Mined Data, Block

• Maintenance Processes

• Index Fields

• Document Groups

• Document Types (only rights and edit actions are available, and Copy Profile)

• All Document Retrieval options are available except Offline Processes.

• Portlets

• Server Library

• All System Reports except Removed Reports are available.

• All News are available except Global News
