Users with a Designer role are allowed to copy workbooks to another folder or subfolder they have permission to.
1. Check the box of one or multiple workbooks either:
· on the Grid View, or
· on the List View
2. Select Copy on the Context Menu.
The Copy Workbook dialog displays with the folder or subfolders the user is allowed to copy the workbooks to.
3. Select the folder or subfolder.
4. Click .
If workbooks with the same name are already in the selected folder, a copy of the workbooks are added.
The workbooks are copied and displayed on the selected folder.
