Troubleshooting: Fillets Missing from the Die Condition A matching die was created, but there are missing fillets. The fillet radius on the die is too small, resulting in sharp edges during the offset. Remedy Do one of the following: Using the Die tool, increase the fillet Radius. From the Modify ribbon, use the Round tool to add fillets where they are missing.
