Model Description
The objective is to restart the Nonlinear Static Analysis followed by a Complex Eigen Analysis. For more details about this FEA model, refer to OS-T: 1371 Brake Squeal Analysis of Brake Assembly.
Results
The Brake Squeal Modes with and without restart are very close at 1950.2 Hz frequency, as
shown in Figure 2.
