Description
Displays a custom user message in the status bar.
Inputs
- message
- The custom message to display.
- ?wait? (optional)
- The time in seconds to wait after displaying the message before proceeding.
Example
hm_usermessage "Operation completed successfully."Errors
Incorrect usage results in a Tcl error. To detect
errors, you can use the catch
command:
if { [ catch {command_name...} ] } {
# Handle error
}
