Freeze Output Ids

The Freeze Output Ids utility performs the Check Model function and locks all MDL output IDs to their respective values resulting from Check Model.

This ensures that any post-processing step that is dependent on an output ID is not affected if the MDL model gets additional output IDs added to it. Each output ID has a corresponding *SetEntityID() statement in the resulting MDL model. Select Freeze Output Ids from the Tools menu to activate the utility.
  1. From the MotionView toolbar or the Model menu, select the Outputs panel, .
  2. Click the Entity Note icon, .
    The Output Info dialog is displayed.
  3. Activate the ID check box.
  4. Deselect the check box for the ID that you want to unlock.
