Condition
This error message has two versions:
- Coupler Requires Joints to be Rigid and Active
- Coupler Requires Supports to be Rigid
Tip: To avoid this error, click 
in the guide bar, and then select Force coupled joints to be
rigid before creating the coupler.

Click Fix to make the coupler's joints active
and rigid.
Cause 2: Coupler Requires Supports to be Rigid or Virtual
Click Fix to make the support behavior rigid for
all supports in your model.
Cause 3: Coupler Requires Implicit Joints to be Rigid or Virtual
Click Fix to make the implicit joint behavior
rigid for all implicit joints in your model.
