bdeIsBlockParameterVisible

Returns whether or not a parameter of a given block is visible.

Syntax

visibility = bdeIsBlockParameterVisible(block, parameter)

Inputs

block: The block to that the parameter is in.; Type: block
parameter: The parameter to check the visibility of.; Type: string

Outputs

visibility: Boolean that represents whether or not the parameter is visible. 1 for visible and 0 for not visible.; Type: Boolean

Check if a parameter of a block is visible:


          diagram = bdeGetCurrentDiagram();
          block = bdeGetSelectedBlock(diagram);
          visibility = bdeIsBlockParameterVisible(block, 'gain');
