Report Instances

All reports of the current document type are listed on the Report Instances page.

To display the Report Instances page

1. On the Navigation Tree, click Report Warehouse, then click Document Management and select Document Types.

2. Open a document type for editing by clicking its name.

3. Click the Report Instances tab.

The Report Instances page displays the list of reports in the system, including the following information:

• Premined (check marks indicate premined reports)

• Blocked (check marks indicate blocked reports)

• Report file name

• Report Date

• Filing Date

• Working (check marks indicate working reports)

• Original (check marks indicate original reports)

Use this page to edit a description of existing report, remove it from the list, or block all reports.
