Change the State of the Service Unit

Activate a service unit so that allocations can be tracked in that currency. Deactivate a service unit when allocations will not be tracked in that currency.

Only an Budget Manager administrator can change the state of a service unit.
  1. Click the Configure tab.
  2. Click Service Units from the Budget Manager menu located on the left-hand side of the web page.
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    • To deactivate the service unit:
      • Click located to the right of the service unit description.
      • Click Deactivate.
    • To activate the service unit, click located to the right of the service unit description.
