Enclose an infinite multilayer substrate inside a MoM / SEP region to model a
finite-size planar multilayer substrate.

Define an infinite planar multilayer substrate.

Create the solid that will contain the substrate (if it does not already
exist).

In the model tree, select the solid.

In the details tree, select the region.

From the right-click context menu, select
Properties.

On the Modify Region dialog, click the
Properties tab.

From the Medium
drop-down list, select Plane / ground
(finite).

Click OK to enclose the substrate inside the
region and close the dialog.
