Sets if the tolerance is on.

Description

This command sets if the tolerance is on. Tolerance is the allotted difference in timing between two videos. If the timing between two videos is greater than the tolerance, the second video (or third or fourth, and so on) will not play the frame(s) corresponding with that specific time.
Note: For this function to work, at least two videos must be on the page.
