Returns the state estimator for a given estimator gain.

 - State-space LTI object.
 - L
 - State feedback matrix.
 - SENSORS
 - Indices of the measured output signals.
 - KNOWN
 - Indices of the known input signals.

 - State-space model of the estimator.
