Defining Calculation Requests

Define the calculation requests in CADFEKO.

1. Create a S-parameters request.
   1. Set FEMLinePort1 as the active port
   2. Add FEMLinePort2 but set this port as inactive.
      Tip: Every active port is treated as a new source increasing the runtime.
2. Delete StandardConfiguration1.
