Formulas

The formulas used for the calculation of the mutual inductances result from two calculation stages:

the analytical calculation of the magnetic vector potential A generated by one of the two considered conductors
the numerical integration by Gauss points of that vector potential A on the volume occupied by the second conductor considered. The number and positioning of the Gauss points are determined by an iterative process highly depending on the mutual position of the two conductors

As the calculation formulas may become quite complex, they are not reported in this document.
