Free-body forces and moments will be calculated based on the elements the
cross-section is intersecting. Those loads will be used by the FBD Forces tool or to
build trace plots and VMT/Potato plots.
From the menu bar, click Aerospace > Results > FBD > Cross Section.
All cross-sections that are created display in the Model Browser. Figure 1.
Name
The name of the cross-section.
ID
The ID of the cross-section.
Color
The color the of cross-section.
XTAIL, YTAIL, ZTAIL
Defines the coordinates of the cross-section normal vector’s base
point.
