Study domain

The geometric description and the meshing of the machine are carried out by the user in a 2D study domain.

This one is limited by:

• external borders
• conditions of periodicity

External borders

As to the external borders:

• the infinite box technique cannot be utilized
• the boundary conditions are automatically fixed by Flux (default boundary condition: magnetic field tangent and electrical field normal at the border)
