Coordinate system: by default

Default coordinate systems

To facilitate the work of the user Flux proposes some working coordinate systems. They are created for every new project. It is possible to rename them, to modify them or to delete them.

Predefined coordinate system: 2D domain

The default working coordinate system proposed to the user is:

  • of Cartesian type
  • defined with respect to the global coordinate system using:
    • for length unit the millimeter
    • for angle unit the degree

The coordinate systems are distinguished one from the other by their positioning as presented in the table below:

  • first component: 0
  • second component: 0

Rotation angle:

  • about Z-axis: 0

  • first component: 0
  • second component: 0
  • third component: 0
