Change the Amount of PBSWorksBurstNodeHours Licenses

Before changing the amount of PBSWorksBurstNodeHours licenses in your license server file, disable all cloud bursting scenarios, drain the cloud queues associated with the bursting scenarios, and wait until all cloud nodes unburst. For more information see Disable Cloud Bursting.
