The notes view is a rich-text editor tool that allows you to add comments
to your model.
On the Home tab, in the Create view
group, click the Notes
icon.
The notes view opens with a basic template in a new window allowing you to use
multiple computer screens (model on the one and notes view on another), but only a single notes view is supported for each model.

The contents of the notes view are written to the top of the .pre file as a series of comments.
