Procedure
In order to solve problems in a different way, follow these instructions:
- On the master node, stop the Computing Distribution Server service (see following section)
- On all the cluster nodes, restart the Computing Soft Server service (see following section)
- On the master node, restart the Computing Distribution Server service (see following section)
- On all the cluster nodes, clean up the application launch directory (C:\Windows\Temp\CDE_* by default) of all its content linked to CDE executions (Flux projects .FLU, log files, …)
- Start working again, opening Computing Distribution Manager and connecting to the distribution server…
Stop the Computing Distribution Server service
- From the Windows Start menu, go to: and run: Services
- In the Services window, select Computing Distribution Server then right click and select the Stop contextual menu
Restart the Computing Distribution Server or Computing Soft Server service
- From the Windows Start menu, go to: and run: Services
- In the Services window, select Computing Distribution Server or Computing Soft Server then right click and select the Restart contextual menu
