The PCB importer.

The PCB object is derived from the Object object.

Usage locations

The PCB object can be accessed from the following locations:

Property List

ImportScaleFactor: The factor by which the imported geometry will be scaled. This value must be greater than 0. (Read/Write number)
ImportViasEnabled: Enables the importing of PCB vias. (Read/Write boolean)
Label: The object label. (Read/Write string)
Type: The object type string. (Read only string)
UnionAndSimplifyEnabled: Union and simplify the substrates, vias and tracks as part of the import. (Read/Write boolean)
UseInfinitelyThinLayersEnabled: Enables the simplification of finite thickness faces to be infinitely thin. (Read/Write boolean)

Method List

Delete (): Deletes the entity.
Duplicate (): Duplicates the entity. (Returns a Object object.)
GetProperties (): Returns a table of properties representing the state of the object. The properties table can be used with the SetProperties method to change multiple properties of the object in one step. (Returns a table object.)
Import (filename PCBImportTypeEnum, string): Import the specified file.
SetProperties (properties Object): Modifies the state of the object using the provided table of properties. This method is used to modify multiple properties of the object in a single step.
