Change Remote Desktops Quality Settings

Change the remote desktops quality settings by changing the frames per second and bitrate.

1. Click the Desktops tab located in the upper left-hand of the page.
   Remote Desktops list is displayed.

2. Choose one of the following options:
   • Double click a remote desktops name.
   • Right click a remote desktops name and click Open.
   A remote desktops of the interactive application is opened.

   In the panel located on the left is a list of active remote desktops and the current remote desktops with the user name. Remote Desktops options are located in the top right-hand corner.

3. Click .
   Desktop Quality Settings screen is displayed.

   
   
   

   By default, the desktop quality settings is set to auto adjust.

4. Move the toggle switch of Auto Adjust Quality to the left to change the frames per second and bitrate of remote desktops.
5. Change the Frame Per Second (FPS) value.
6. Change the Bitrate (mbps) value.
7. Click Apply.
   Note: Click Reset to set the quality settings to the default value.
