Create Displacement Responses

Create displacement responses for the entire model, points, or individual parts.

1. From the Design Explorer ribbon, select the Responses tool.
   
   
2. Use the dropdown menu on the left side of the guide bar to select Displacement.
3. Choose one of the following:

   Option	Description	Note
   Model	Create a response for the entire model.
   Points	Create a response for individual points.	To create a response for each selected point or part, on the guide bar, click More Options, and turn on Add Response for Each Selection. To create a response only for the first selected point or part, turn off Add Response for Each Selection.
   Part	Create a response for one or more parts.

4. If you selected Points or Parts in the previous step, select one or more points or parts.
5. On the guide bar, click to create the response.
6. Optional: Make any desired modifications to the created response in the microdialog.
