Create Stress Responses

Create stress responses for the entire model or individual parts.

1. From the Design Explorer ribbon, select the Responses tool.
   
   
2. Use the dropdown menu on the left side of the guide bar to select Stress.
3. Choose one of the following:

   Option	Description	Note
   Model	Create a response for the entire model.
   Parts	Create a response for one or more parts.	To create a response for each selected part, on the guide bar, click More Options, and turn on Add Response for Each Selection. To create a response only for the first selected part, turn off Add Response for Each Selection.

4. If you selected Parts in the previous step, select one or more parts.
5. On the guide bar, click to create the response.
6. Optional: Make any desired modifications to the created response in the microdialog.
