Take a Snapshot

Capture an image of a model. The background is white by default, but you can make it colored or transparent. Arrows on curves are automatically turned off.

1. Select the desired modeling view and display mode.
2. In the view controls, click the Snapshot icon.
   
   
3. Optional: Change the background:
   • To change the background color, click Color, and then choose a color.
   • To make the background transparent, select Transparent.
4. Optional: To show the grid, select Show Grid.
5. Click Take Snapshot.
6. Choose a file folder, type a file name and extension, and then click Save.
   Note: You can save the image as a .png, .jpg, .tif, or .bmp.
