Via Annular Ring

Check the annular ring, the distance between pad and HOLE size.

1. Target Layer Definition: Define target layer.
   1. All Layers: All layers including inner layers will be target layers.
   2. Top and Bottom: Top and bottom layers will be target layers.
2. Checking
   1. Item: Specify the item name.
   2. Minimum Hole Size: Set the target Vias minimum HOLE size.
   3. Maximum Hole Size: Set the target Vias maximum HOLE size.
   4. Check Type: You can define checking type between Thickness and Ratio.
      • Thickness: Use target Vias annual rings minimum size in checking.
      • Ratio: Use target Vias minimum annular ring ratio in checking.

   5. Value: Set the target thickness or ratio value of annual ring.
   6. Remainder: For Vias, not defined, you can check as following option conditions.
      • Minimum Annual Ring Thickness: Set the target Vias annual rings minimum size in checking.
      • Minimum Size Ratio (Thickness x 100 / Pad): Set the target Vias minimum annular ring ratio in checking.
   7. Except Via without PAD on same layer: Option to exclude a via without the Pad is placed on a component Pad from checking.
