Select Items Using Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts are also available for selecting items within the Notes list:
  1. From the Annotations toolbar, click Notes .
  2. From the Notes panel, press Shift or Ctrl + the left mouse button to select multiple items in the Notes list.
  3. Press Ctrl + A to select all of the items in the Notes list.
