*ActionReactionForcePair() - single component rotation
Creates a single component action-reaction rotational force (torque) pair acting about the given axis.
Syntax
*ActionReactionForcePair(force_name, "force_label", SC_ROT, body_1, body_2, point_1, {POINT VECTOR}, {point_2 vector_2)
    Arguments
- force_name
 - The variable name of the action-reaction force pair.
 - force_label
 - The descriptive label of the action-reaction force pair.
 - SC_ROT
 - This argument indicates the action-reaction rotational force pair acts about the line joining point_1 and point_2 or about vector_2 .
 - body_1
 - The body or body pair to which the active force pair is applied.
 - body_2
 - The body or body pair to which the reactive force pair is applied.
 - point_1
 - The point or point pair used for defining the rotational axis.
 - POINT | VECTOR
 - A keyword that indicates the alignment method.
 - point_2 | vector_2
 - An entity variable referring to a Point, PointPair, Vector, or VectorPair which is based on the above keyword.
