Moves the plot descriptor.
Inputs
- xmin
- The x value of the upper left corner of the plot descriptor (0.0 - 1.0).
- ymin
- The y value of the upper left corner of the plot descriptor (0.0 - 1.0).
- xmax
- The x value of the lower right corner of the plot descriptor (0.0 - 1.0).
- ymax
- The y value of the lower right corner of the plot descriptor (0.0 - 1.0).
