Bulk Data Entry Issues a WARNING when the stiffness value for translational components on the CELAS2/CELAS4 or PELAS entry exceeds the specified limit (ELASTLMT).

ELASTLMT	<Real Number > 0.0> Default = 1E + 07	This parameter is used to issue a WARNING when the stiffness value for translational components on the CELAS2, CELAS4 or PELAS entry exceeds the specified limit (ELASTLMT).

1. This check is overridden when PARAM, ELASSTIF is used to control the maximum stiffness value.
