Calculates principal stresses given triaxial and shear stresses.
Inputs
- sigx
- The normal stress in the x-direction.
- sigy
- The normal stress in the y-direction.
- sigz
- The normal stress in the z-direction.
- tauxy
- The shear stress in the x-y plane.
- tauyz
- The shear stress in the y-z plane.
- tauxz
- The shear stress in the x-z plane.
- principal1
- The principal1 stress result.
