Constraint Creation Tutorial

Below are the steps to create the constraints required for the tutorial purpose.

  1. Select Enforced Displacement from the Load Type drop-down list.
  2. Click Nodes .
    This opens the Node collector panel.
  3. Using the node selection options, select node ID 528173 from the graphics area.
  4. Click Add .
    This adds the node entry in the table with the loading direction options.

  5. Check the box under the Select column.
  6. Check X, Y, Z checkboxes for the load.
    This defines that the model will loaded/excited at the selected node in X, Y and Z directions.
  7. Click Next to continue to the Transient Load Creation task.
    Click Next. SnRD creates load collectors.
