Returns the name of the current macro.

Description
This command returns the name of the current macro.
Example
hwi GetSessionHandle sess
sess GetClientManagerHandle pm plot
pm GetMacroHandle macro 1
puts [macro GetName]Errors
Returns 3 = HW_InvalidHandle if there is an invalid macro handle.
Returns 1 if a name for the macro does not exist.
