Prepare

Imported models are expected to not contain a high-quality volume meshed with solid (3D) elements, nor be ready to directly create such a mesh of solid elements. In this, situation you have to prepare the imported objects by verifying and improving the model for geological, geometric and solid meshing correctness. The Prepare tools allows you to perform modifications to improve/correct the original earth model so as to obtain a modelling domain ready for meshing (discretization) with solid elements.
