Creates an attachment in HMASCII format.

*attachments (id, name, color)

Description
Creates an attachment in HMASCII format.
Additional attribute or dataname information is provided separately, see referenced commands.
Inputs
- id
- The ID of the attachment.
- name
- The name of the attachment.
- color
- The color of the attachment. Valid values are 1-64.
Example
To create an attachment with ID 100, name "my-entity", and color
1:
*attachments(100,"my-entity",1)Errors
Incorrect usage results in an import error.
