Creates a region in HMASCII format.

Description
Creates a region in HMASCII format.
Additional attribute or dataname information is provided separately, see referenced commands.
Inputs
- id
- The ID of the region.
- name
- The name of the region.
- color
- The color of the region. Valid values are 1-64.
Example
To create a region with ID 100, name "my-entity", and color 1:
*regions(100,"my-entity",1)Errors
Incorrect usage results in an import error.
