Creates a load collector in HMASCII format.

Creates a load collector in HMASCII format.
Inputs
- id
- The ID of the load collector.
- name
- The name of the load collector.
- color
- The color of the load collector. Valid values are 1-64.
Example
To create a load collector with ID 100, name "my-loadcol" and color 1:
*loadcollector(100,"my-loadcol",1)Errors
Incorrect usage results in an import error.
