Creates a list in HMASCII format.

*lists (id, name, color)

Description
Creates a list in HMASCII format.
Additional attribute or dataname information is provided separately, see referenced commands.
Inputs
- id
- The ID of the list.
- name
- The name of the list.
- color
- The color of the list. Valid values are 1-64.
Example
To create a list with ID 100, name "my-entity", and color
1:
*lists(100,"my-entity",1)Errors
Incorrect usage results in an import error.
