*partsets()
Creates a partset in HMASCII format.

*partsets() (id, name,color)

Description
Creates a partset in HMASCII format.
Additional attribute or dataname information is provided separately, see referenced commands.
Inputs
- id
- The ID of the partset.
- name
- The name of the partset.
- color
- The color of the partset. Valid values are 1-64.
Example
To create a partset with ID 100, name "my-entity", and color 1:
*partsets(100,"my-entity",1)Errors
Incorrect usage results in an import error.
