Creates a damping in HMASCII format.

*dampings (id,"name",color)

Description
Creates a damping in HMASCII format.
Additional attribute or dataname information is provided separately, see referenced commands.
Inputs
- id
- The ID of the damping.
- name
- The name of the damping.
- color
- The color of the damping. Valid values are 1-64.
Example
To create a damping with ID 100, name "my-entity", and color
1:
*dampings(100,"my-entity",1)Errors
Incorrect usage results in an import error.
